Pam Wells is a freelance editor with a background in literary and film projects. With Wells Editing she works primarily as a developmental editor for novels, short stories, and creative nonfiction. Pam is the former Editor in Chief and co-founder of The Timberline Review, a Portland-based litmag. She also produced, directed, co-wrote, and edited My Shanghai, an award-winning documentary. She earned her MA in Book Publishing at Portland State University in 2017.
Joan Macbeth is an award-winning screenwriter and the co-creator, director, and producer of the web series Honestly Charlotte. She worked with LA producer Michael Gruskoff (My Favorite Year, Young Frankenstein) on the script adaptation of Jennie Shortridge’s novel, When She Flew. Joan currently runs the international screenwriting competition for Women in Film Vancouver and was previously co-writer and executive producer on the documentary My Shanghai.
